Professional, Locally-staffed Alarm Monitoring Station

Our 24-hour alarm monitoring staff receive regular and special training to ensure our high standards and the exacting requirements of our ULC Listed Alarm Monitoring Station.

Having our own dedicated and courteous 24-hour on-call monitoring station staff allows us to customize our alarm responses to suit the requirements of our subscribers. These requirements can be easily updated and changed at any time.

Our Alarm Monitoring Station Equipment

We maintain full duplicates of all equipment in our monitoring station to ensure uninterrupted fire and alarm signal monitoring services.  In the event of an equipment failure, a duplicate piece of equipment is installed within minutes and another duplicate put on order.

With modern hardware advances, we’re most often able to detect problems before they become critical and swap out equipment before an imminent failure occurs.

We also utilize double redundant power backups for our monitoring station and facilities.  A fleet of enterprise UPS devices provide a direct and first layer power redundancy for monitoring station equipment and staff equipment, with a fuel-powered AC generator an infinite amount of double redundancy in the case of an elongated outage.
