Our 24 hour Alarm Monitoring Station is listed by U.L.C. (Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada) which is the regulating body for the alarm industry in Canada. We have to continually meet and maintain a stringent list of requirements and regulations in order to keep our U.L.C. listing.

Our monitoring station staff receive special training in order to meet our high standards as well as the exacting requirements of U.L.C.

We maintain full duplication of all equipment in our monitoring station. In the event of an equipment failure, a duplicate piece of equipment can be installed within minutes. The power in our monitoring station is backed up with batteries as well as a large A.C. generator.

Having our own dedicated and courteous monitoring station staff allows us to customize our alarm responses to suit the requirements of our subscribers. These requirements can be easily updated and changed at any time. You can even call our station staff by name.
